👤 ৩. কাস্টমারের দায়িত্ব

ভুল তথ্য প্রদানের কারণে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে SMM Bangladesh তার দায়ভার নেবে না।

⚙️ ৪. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং

• সার্ভিসের ধরণের উপর ভিত্তি করে অর্ডারগুলো স্বয়ংক্রিয় বা ম্যানুয়ালি প্রসেস হয়।
• আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়ের কোনো শতভাগ গ্যারান্টি নেই।
• প্ল্যাটফর্ম আপডেট, মেইনটেন্যান্স বা টেকনিক্যাল কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

SMM Bangladesh যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সার্ভিস পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

🔄 ৫. রিফিল পলিসি

রিফিল শুধুমাত্র সেই সার্ভিসগুলোর জন্য প্রযোজ্য যেগুলোতে স্পষ্ট করে রিফিল গ্যারান্টি উল্লেখ করা আছে। কাস্টমারকে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যেই রিফিলের রিকোয়েস্ট করতে হবে। গ্যারান্টি ছাড়া সার্ভিসগুলোতে কোনো রিফিল দেওয়া হয় না।

💸 ৬. রিফান্ড পলিসি

সকল রিফান্ড আমাদের 'Refund Policy' অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়। আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত রিফান্ড শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

সন্দেহজনক, অপব্যবহারমূলক, প্রতারণামূলক বা ক্ষতিকারক কার্যকলাপ শনাক্ত হলে, কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই SMM Bangladesh যেকোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

🌐 ৯. সার্ভিসের প্রাপ্যতা

আমরা সব সময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সার্ভিস দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে সার্ভিস বা ওয়েবসাইট সব সময় সচল থাকবে এমন গ্যারান্টি দিই না। মেইনটেন্যান্স বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের পরিস্থিতির কারণে সাময়িক ব্যাঘাত ঘটতে পারে।

⚖️ ১০. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

নিচের বিষয়গুলোর জন্য SMM Bangladesh দায়ী থাকবে না:

• ব্যবসায়িক বা রেভিনিউ ক্ষতি।
• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্ম দ্বারা অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড হওয়া।
• ফলোয়ার, ভিউ, লাইক বা এনগেজমেন্ট কমে যাওয়া।

আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পূর্ণ নিজ দায়িত্বে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
